Working in the field of the Internet since 1995, Marie-Laure Vie specialized in strategic guidance on social networks in 2009. Since then, she has developed an multidisciplinary approach of the “Community Management” serving the media development, the public sector, the companies, their customer relationship and their communication.
Invested in various professional associations regarding social media and e-reputation, she has shared her thoughts on digital mutations trades in working groups and partnerships for OpenData projects, open innovation, crowdsourcing on the one hand and new communication or information staging techniques such as transmedia and curation on the other.
To support organizational change in companies that want to adapt to these new uses and improve their performance, Marie-Laure Vie has been using her teaching skills with a student audience, in conferences in which she participates, or through books in which she collaborates.
